Our booking agents will have ensured that arrival times for guests are staggered.
We have altered our check in process to ensure each and every guest remains a safe distance whilst adhering to the social distancing guidelines
Pre-arrival documents will be issued prior to arrival to ensure less contact on the day
COVID-19 checklist will be carried out with each guest on the day of arrival
To reduce contact, guests will be required to leave card details with our receptionist for any expenditure incurred during visits

Our staff have been issued with the correct PPE throughout each department and trained on COVID-19 guidelines
Treatments will be carried out safely with our highly trained therapists wearing face guards throughout your treatment journey
Alcohol gel dispensers will be available throughout the spa for safe and easy access when needed

We will provide a consultation form prior to arrival to complete ahead of your stay
Each guest will be offered the use of a face mask during their treatment
Therapists will have PPE throughout the entire treatment including a face shield
Treatment rooms will be fully sanitised between each treatment
Treatments will be bookable prior to arrival to eliminate the need for brochures and further contact at reception.

Pre-bookable options available for the private pool and mud rasul to adhere to social distancing guidelines
Access will only be granted to facilities booked at the allocated time on your schedule
Increased deep cleans and sanitising of all spa facilities between each booking with our highly trained team

We have implemented a one way system to safely travel throughout the building
Our communal areas will be sanitised throughout the day
All magazines, brochures and newspapers have been removed however guests are welcome to bring their own books or magazines
Changing rooms will have limited access and be sanitised every hour including locker keypads, showers and toilets
Every staff member will be temperature checked daily along with completing a COVID-19 symptom checker to be a COVID-19 safe worker
Our team have the right to ensure the guidelines are being followed to keep you safe and we reserve the right to ask any guests not adhering to such guidelines to leave the premises with no refund.
