Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

A full refund will be given if single treatments are cancelled 48 hours prior to the booking. 100% will be charged should notification be given after this time, but the appointment can be rebooked subject to a £20pp fee. Reseller packages, overnight breaks, promotional offers, vouchers, upgrades and deposits are non-refundable. Gift vouchers are not valid to be used against flash sale offers unless stated otherwise. An option to change your date will be offered one time free of charge when this request is made a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the booking (£20pp thereafter). If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the appointment then a £20pp rebooking fee will apply.

If you have a medical condition please ensure that you have checked our non exhaustive medical policy which you can view here as all treatments and packages are subject to medical status and some medical conditions require a doctor’s note. If you are unsure or have any questions, our team will be able to advise you on the best course of action.

Portland Hall Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed to be a risk to the health and safety of the client or therapist.  If you haven’t informed us of any medical conditions prior to arrival and an offer of an alternative treatment isn’t suitable, treatments will be non-refundable and we are able to rebook you to come back with a doctors note, subject to a £20 per person administration fee.

We have a 14 day return policy. Any product that you return must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
