Autumn has arrived at Portland Hall Spa, and so has our new Moroccan Infrared Sauna Suite.
The Cosy Glow Escape is a half-day for two people. It starts with the sauna, moves on to three treatments each, and finishes with afternoon tea and a glass of Prosecco.

Why infrared?
Infrared heat warms the body gently, without the heavy heat of a traditional sauna. It may help soothe tired muscles, support circulation and help you relax deeply, which suits the colder months.
